Core Responsibilities Develop, implement, and manage Google Ads paid search campaigns.
Monitor and optimize campaign performance using data and analytics tools to improve ROI and achieve KPIs.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure campaigns are innovative and effective.
Collaborate with colleagues such as content marketing and design to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all marketing channels.
Provide regular reports and insights on campaign performance and recommendations for future improvements.
Attend team and client meetings Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to achieve maximum results.
Continuously test and experiment with new strategies and tactics to improve campaign performance and stay ahead of competitors.
Desirable Requirements 4+ years of paid search experience with both lead gen and ecommerce campaigns Experience working in an agency environment Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Ability to create comprehensive reports and insights Strong communication and collaboration skills Adept with Excel and Google Sheets including using pivot tables Experience with: Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Pinterest Ads Google Analytics including GA4] Other tracking and analytics tools HubSpot, Salesforce or another CRM systems A/B testing tools such as Optomisely Using UX analysis tools like HotJar Google Ads and Analytics certifications  Process & timing This is an immediate requirement, hence we will move quickly to conclude this hiring process by Christmas 2024, preference will be given to anyone who is immediately available to start in December 2024.

Stage 1: Quick screening quiz - short competency based questionnaire.
Six questions in about 10 minutes.
Stage 2: I ntroduction call - 30 min call to meet you and introduce KlientBrain Stage 3: Technical call with one of Paid Search Director (a co-founder) Terms Contract to perm preferred with an initial 3-6 month period as a contractor with the prospect of becoming a permanent employee thereafter.
This is negotiable and we will consider hiring you as an employee from day one if you prefer.
40 hour week, typically Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm While living in the UK is not essential for this role, being located in a timezone within a couple of hours of UK time is and you will be expected to work UK business hours regardless of your location to ensure availability and team alignment.
Initial rate £250/day (inside IR35) or up to £60k pa dependent upon experience plus 10% performance related bonus.
