The Role OBJKTS Jewelry is seeking a creative and data-driven Freelance Paid Media Specialist with a passion for digital marketing to manage and optimise our paid media campaigns.
As a freelancer, you'll work closely with our in-house team to deliver impactful campaigns across paid social platforms, driving brand awareness, engagement, and conversions for OBJKTS' unique jewelry collections.
In this role, you'll be responsible for executing and optimising campaigns on platforms like Meta and TikTok, using data and insights to refine strategies and maximise ROI.
Responsibilities •? ?Develop and manage paid media campaigns across social channels, with a strong focus on Meta and TikTok ads, to drive brand visibility and performance •? ?Collaborate with our content and creative teams to develop ad copy, visuals, and video assets that reflect OBJKT's brand and resonate with our target audience •? ?Set up and conduct A/B tests, gathering insights to inform adjustments in targeting, creative, and bidding strategies •? ?Monitor performance metrics and analyse data, optimising campaigns daily for the best results •? ?Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring spend aligns with performance goals and maximises ROI •? ?Prepare and deliver regular performance reports and insights to our marketing team Technical Skills: •? ?Proven experience in paid social media management, ideally within eCommerce or for a digital-first brand •? ?High level of proficiency with Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads, with a strong understanding of platform-specific best practices and audience targeting options •? ?Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data and make data-driven optimisations •? ?Proficient in Excel and comfortable with data visualisation tools for reporting purposes •? ?Ability to communicate key performance metrics and insights effectively to stakeholders Preferred Skills: •? ?Passion for digital marketing and a strong interest in the jewelry or fashion industry •? ?Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple freelance projects and meet deadlines •? ?Collaborative and communicative, able to work effectively with in-house teams on a flexible basis •? ?Adaptable and responsive to digital marketing trends, particularly on emerging platforms like TikTok •? ?A strong understanding of OBJKT's brand aesthetic and values, with a commitment to maintaining our identity across paid media channels Requirements: •? ?Available 2-3 days a week (14-21 hours a week) Type: Part-time, freelance
