You will be part of a leading performance marketing team who concentrate on all Digital platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Snapchat and TikTok.
You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of channels and projects as you oversee the delivery of strategic leadership and tactical brand growth.
Senior Paid Media Manager Role & Responsibilities As the Senior Paid Media Manager, your work will be split across client management and being hands-on with a focus on reporting.
Additionally, your role will include: A 50/50 split between hands on paid social management of campaigns and client relationship management.
Managing a small team of Paid Media Executive/s.
Providing support on new business opportunities: pitches and proposals.
Work closely with senior clients on a regular basis, creating strong relationships and upselling when appropriate.
A focus on branding and brand awareness campaigns, run across multiple platforms.
Working across the entire European region.
Work closely with the creative teams, to execute your strategic vision, allowing you much more creative input and vision in your work.

The company asks that you have: 4 years' experience working in Paid Media.
Experience working on some of the DPSs on social platforms such as: LinkedIn, Meta, Twitter YouTube, Snapchat and/or TikTok.
Previous experience in upselling and new business pitches is desirable.
Experience working towards performance and brand focused KPIs is essential.
Confidence in developing junior members of a variety of departments.
Strong management skills, including delegation and team management and project management.
