The Role Deliver localised paid media campaigns across Google, Microsoft, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and AdRoll.
Keeping up to date with new technology and opportunities excites you and is key to our purpose Manage performance for multiple clients, ensuring monthly spend aligns with plans and optimising toward KPIs.
Provide regular feedback on campaign performance, trends, and actionable insights to the team.
Lead campaign launches for new clients, promotions, and new treatments, including setup, ad copy, and tracking.
Implement creative and ad copy refreshes to drive engagement and optimise performance.
Complete monthly and quarterly audits and execute key recommendations.
Conduct daily/weekly/monthly performance checks and implement necessary actions.
Troubleshoot technical issues with support teams across ad platforms as needed.
Generate content for our clients' Google Posts Required Experience 2 years hands-on experience in paid media (flexible based on experience and skillset) – you will have managed multiple accounts at once ideally in an agency environment, setting up, managing and optimising accounts Experienced and comfortable using GA4, Google Search Console and Goole Tag Manager Comfortable picking up new technologies and systems Comfortable with paid search and social channels ; proficiency in one with a desire to expand is also welcomed Experience with creative strategy and landing page structures to enhance performance is a plus Exposure to digital marketing channels, especially local campaigns, is beneficial Benefits Freedom Fridays – one paid Friday off per month 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Flexible working during Christmas/New Year (in rotation) Your birthday off Anywhere August – work remotely from anywhere in August Learning & Development Budget – including industry events Company laptop Workplace pension contributions WeWork membership (or similar, location dependent)
