Are you a passionate Paediatric Nurse looking to make a real difference?
Our client is seeking a dedicated Paediatric Nurse to join their team in a state-of-the-art Hospice in Finchley, North London.
This role comes with a salary up to £41,360, a £5,000 welcome bonus and other excellent benefits!
Our client is a leading childrens hospice in North London, offering specialist care and support for babies, children, and young people with serious health conditions.
This is an exciting role, with a combination of working at the hospice and also providing specialist care to children in the community.

As a Paediatric Nurse, you will: Provide high-quality, effective patient care in The Ark, childrens homes, or the community.
Plan and review care with parents, children, and young people to ensure safety.
Act as an advocate for the child and their family.
Ensure fun, sensitivity, compassion, and confidentiality in all care provided.
Follow safeguarding policies and procedures.
Maintain professional documentation and record-keeping.
Administer medications according to policies and procedures.
Maintain nutritional status and clinical skills necessary for holistic care.
Package and Benefits: Annual salary of £34,029 - £41,360, depending on experience.
£5,000 joining bonus over three years (£500 on appointment).
25 days annual leave, increasing to 30 days with service, plus the option to buy or sell up to 5 days.

The ideal Paediatric Nurse will have: Registered Sick Childrens Nurse or Registered Nurse (Child Branch) qualification.
Relevant post-qualification experience at Band 5 level.
Excellent clinical and communication skills.
Experience in palliative care or nursing children with life-limiting conditions.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
A positive, proactive, and flexible attitude.
