This  Luxury Cosmetic Company based in stylish offices in the heart of  Mayfair requires an experienced PA to support the VP and team.Working in these gorgeous offices on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and Monday and Friday.
9am - 5:30pm.The ideal candidate for this role will be calm, adaptable and unflappable at all times.Duties include:-Diary ManagementLots of travel management will need to liaise with the travel agentExpense managementSome private PA workSupport the team with product developmentGetting lunch if necessarySending parcels, unboxing samples assisting with productionPrepping for meetingsLiaising with travel agent for any travel requirementsIdeal candidate will have:- Ideally have  10yrs + luxury/cosmetics backgroundNeed someone who has the willingness to get involved and be two steps ahead!If you are interested please apply online for immediate screening
