Make an Impact at RSM UK Consulting brings together multiple teams across Transactions, Risk & Consulting, ABA, and Outsourcing to provide client-centric solutions for RSM's current and future clients within the middle market.
Our Consulting team has a major role to play in driving forward the growth of the firm with over 1,700 people delivering almost £200m revenue.
We have an exciting opportunity to join our growing Real Estate (RE) outsourced accounting team.
We work with REIFs and private equity investors through various SPV structures to provide an outsourced finance function as an extension of their team.
We are looking for an Outsourcing Associate Director to join our team in London.
In this role you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the outsourcing team, ensuring that all outsourced accounting functions are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
The role involves leading and being accountable for service delivery to clients, including client relationship development and management.
You'll make an impact by: Promoting the Outsourcing business through networking and active promotional activities within and outside the firm.
Driving new service opportunities across a portfolio of Real Estate clients across various asset classes.
Supporting the team in the high-quality provision of timely information for completion of annual statutory compliance.
Developing and maintaining strong client relationships by understanding our client businesses, including their goals, challenges, and opportunities and providing added value with real estate insights and analysis on their management reporting.
What we are looking for: To be considered for this opportunity, your qualifications, skills & experience must include: Fully Qualified Accountant – ACA/ACCA/CIMA with 5+ years post-qualified experience.
Real Estate experience essential including a strong understanding of fund structures and experience in both commercial and residential real estate.
Experience in presenting monthly financial reports and leading client meetings with senior management teams.
Strong technical skills, including experience in IFRS reporting, consolidations and completion accounts.
Experience of managing and developing team members through coaching, training, and mentoring to enhance their skills and facilitate their professional growth.
