Ops Support Clerk

About the job :We require an enthusiastic and organised individual to provide clerical support to the Drivers in the Bournemouth area.The successful candidate will require good interpersonal and communication skills, as this role will require you to deal with staff on a one-to-one basis as well as liaising with the whole of the Drivers function and other stakeholders in the business.Your main responsibilities will be: Production of regular reportsDealing with internal and external customersOrdering of stores and invoicingMinute taking as required along with general administrative dutiesManaging the depot's delay attribution As a minimum, you will need to have: The ability to work under pressure is a distinct requirement of this roleSound knowledge of IT systems including Word, Excel and OfficeMust be highly organised and methodicalMust have good attention to detail and be self-motivatedMust be customer focussed and willing to work as part of a small team About the location:Bournemouth Depot is home to a number of South Western Railway's fleet.
