Job summary An excellent opportunity has arisen for a enthusiastic and experienced, Operations Manager with the ability to work well under pressure to join our friendly practice team with 5 partners and 8,000 patients.
Main duties of the job The successful candidate will support the team with all aspects ofpractice functionality to include patients services, optimising efficiency, CQCcompliance, premises, health & safety management and overall performance,ensuring the practice achieves its long-term strategic objectives in a safe andeffective working environment.

Person Specification Qualifications Essential Good standard of education with excellent literacy and numeracy skills Desirable Leadership and/or Management Qualification Experience Essential NHS/Primary Care General Practice experience Experience of working with the general public Experience of working in a health care setting Experience of managing large multidisciplinary teams Experience of successfully developing and implementing projects Experience of workforce planning, forecasting and development Experience of chairing meetings, producing agendas and minutes Desirable Relevant health and safety experience
