Permanent vacancy - Operations Manager Salary - £40,000-£45,000 per annum Location - Office is Bellshill but this will be out seeing clients Working hours - 37.5 hours Working days - Monday to Friday The Role As Operations Manager, you will be a key player in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of projects while maintaining our commitment to quality and customer service.
You will oversee daily operations, manage teams, and ensure the successful completion of home improvement projects.
Key Responsibilities Oversee and coordinate all operational aspects of the business, including project planning, execution, and delivery.
Manage and support teams of tradespeople and contractors, ensuring high performance and adherence to company standards.
Develop and implement processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
Report directly to senior management on operational performance and improvements.
What We're Looking For Proven experience in a similar operational or management role, ideally in construction or home improvement sectors.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
Outstanding problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and stakeholders.
A proactive approach to driving operational improvements and innovation.
Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in business management, operations, or construction management (preferred but not essential).
Valid driving license.
