Operations Manager

The Role Reporting to the Site Director, you will be responsible for all operational activities across the site.
Some of your key responsibilities will include: Leading the day-to-day production activities, from intake through to dispatch, ensuring all targets and customer requirements are met.Analysing performance, identifying and implementing new and improved ways of working.Leading, motivating, and coaching your team to ensure they're fully equipped to perform well and ensure succession planning for the future.Ensuring a safety-first culture, so all activities are carried out in line with H&S legislation.
You This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager looking for a new challenge and we're keen to hear from anybody with the following background and skills: Demonstrable experience of leading, motivating, and developing operational teams in a food manufacturing environment.Strong leadership skills, able to lead from the front and motivate a team.Target driven with a successful track record in achieving KPIs and improving performance.Proactive approach to problem solving and experience of lean manufacturing tools and techniques.
