Operations Manager For Norwich Credit Union

Norwich Credit Union is going through rapid change and growth, so this is an exciting time for somebody to join our team in the new post of Operations Manager.
In this role you will oversee the day-to-day management of our office, making sure we provide excellent services to our members.
You will also work with us to develop our systems, processes and staff to face future opportunities and challenges.
You need to know about Credit Unions and our ethos.
We are also looking for somebody who has an understanding and experience of IT and other systems, staff recruitment and development and finance.
Based in our office in Norwich the working hours are 25 hours/week, to be worked 5 days/week during office hours.
The salary is pro rata of a full-time salary of £33,000.
