We're seeking a future team member for the role of Operations Change Specialistto join our Markets Operations team. This role is located in Manchester, England and is a HYBRID role.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: 
Support and drive complex Foreign Exchange, Fixed Income, Equities & Derivatives Operations oriented projects that will, enhance the client experience and product features, improve operational scale, standardize global processes and approaches, reduce opportunities for risk and improve margins/reduce costs            
Manage and collaborate on deliverables with internal stakeholders such as Operational teams, product, technology, risk, compliance & other core stakeholders
Lead projects from initiation to completion; this would include the initial strategic analysis, and design to complete execution and then thereafter continuous refinement and improvement of any solution(s).
Analyses and defines business requirements and functional or operational specifications
Design testing approach and methodology, including use case creation or scripting, user acceptance and regression testing, both manually and through automation tools
Supports testing of new or enhanced functionality and/or systems. Tasks include test case/scenario development, requirement traceability analysis, test preparation, script writing, and functional user acceptance and regression testing, both manually and through automation tools
Perform Operational Readiness; ensuring teams running the business are fully engaged, trained, and prepared whilst ensuring the successful adoption of any changes or new solutions
Display key project governance methodologies incl. the user of Jira & Confluence to ensure delivery of projects and programmes in a controlled environment

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: 
Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required
Knowledge of Foreign Exchange, Fixed Income & Equities Operations is preferable
Has a proven track record in project execution
A proven track record of managing key stakeholders
A strong understanding of Business & Functional requirements & process mapping           
Experience with testing, both scripting and execution
Experience of working in an Agile environment and able to deliver and execute in short sprint cycles.
Some experience in Alteryx, PowerBI, JIRA, Confluence and test automation tools. 
A proven multi-tasker, that can operate under pressure and balance multiple priorities and time constraints                                                                              
Ability to learn new concepts quickly with outstanding analytical skills, structured thinking, ability to connect the dots across similar problem statements and exceptional attention to detail
