Description £43,116 - £47,076 - the band minimum is the normal starting pay for those new to a role.
In exceptional circumstances, when relevant skills and experience can be identified, a higher starting salary may be considered.

British Antarctic Survey (BAS) is looking for an outstanding Operations Change Manager to join our Transformation team.
BAS delivers and enables world-leading interdisciplinary research in the Polar Regions.
We employ experts from many different professions to carry out our Science as well as keep the lights on, feed the research and support teams and keep everyone safe!
BAS is undergoing a major transformation of its infrastructure, equipment and processes.
This pivotal role is a focal point for key stakeholders as new capabilities are defined and implemented.
We are a small team, committed to improvement and the vision of making BAS a sustainable and resilient organisation, 'Fit for the Future'.
You will have the opportunity to develop your track record of delivering organisational change through excellent change management and engaging with key stakeholders across Operations, Science and the Foreign and Commonwealth Development Office (FCDO).
Your main responsibilities will include: Working with key users, to help shape and define future capability needs.
Establishing the long-term benefits needed by BAS, ensuring they are incorporated and aligned across all projects.
Reviewing benefits regularly throughout the project lifecycle and making sure there is a management plan in place to deliver.
Leading on preparing the transition from projects to operational adoption of the new infrastructure, equipment or process.
Ensuring that future infrastructure and operating models are environmentally and financially sustainable in the long-term, to achieve our carbon reduction targets.
Ensuring that best use is made of new technologies and innovative solutions to achieve future proofed infrastructure.
We are looking for someone who is educated to degree level or has equivalent experience with an interest in BAS Operations and Antarctic Science.
The successful candidate will be highly organised with outstanding planning and prioritisation skills.
They will also have an engaging, flexible, and uniting personality with the ability to quickly gain people's trust and encourage confidence.
They will be able to demonstrate their experience in leading projects and success in coordinating and managing stakeholder needs.
