Freddie's Flowers was founded by Freddie Garland in October 2014 with the aim of changing people's relationships with flowers in an ethical, and sustainable way.
We want to challenge the view that flowers are for others or for special occasions, and so we offer a completely different experience to other flower businesses.
Our direct-to-consumer subscription model has been hugely successful in the UK and internationally, with our customer base almost doubling last year alone.
We recently secured significant investment and backing from The Craftory, a purpose-led global investment house, and are about to undertake our largest ever programme of expansion in the UK and internationally.
Our rapid growth means we're constantly looking for great people to join our fantastic team in the UK and overseas - it is our incredible people who make Freddie's Flowers what it is.
So come and help us spread the joy of flowers to everyone in a fun, fast-paced and collaborative working environment!
About the role: You will support the daily operations of our new face-to-face sales team in Manchester.
Our sales representatives are key to expanding Freddie's Flowers' UK customer base, and you'll play a vital role in our growth plans by securing sales locations, organising events and managing logistics.
This role blends administrative and operational tasks with on-the-ground work, perfect for someone who thrives on variety, is people-oriented, and detail-focused.
The future: This is a chance to join Freddie's at one of its pivotal moments.
We have just launched our Manchester face to face team and plan to build out the team to the same size as London (currently responsible for 40 % of all acquisitions).
This is the chance to be first in the door and help shape, and build our Northern team. What You'll Be Doing: Taking charge of key administrative tasks, from signing off shifts to keeping the team pumped, plumped and happy and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Scouting, securing, and organising exciting event locations and markets across Manchester and beyond.
Assisting with flower deliveries and getting hands on with the flowers, prepping and preening them!
Getting creative and setting up event and market stands - making them pop and ready selling. Planning thrilling excursions to new cities and locations, handling all the logistics to ensure everything runs seamlessly.
Getting hands-on with event set-ups by driving company vans and delivering a top-notch experience.
Requirements A bit about you: Organised and adaptable - you'll enjoy juggling various tasks and are quick to adjust to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
People-Oriented - you have excellent communication skills and enjoy working collaboratively with team members, vendors, and event contacts.
Drivers Licence - a manual drivers licence and confidence in driving a van is required for this role.
Resourceful and problem-solving mindset - you're proactive, finding efficient ways to overcome challenges and streamline operations.
