Job Title: Operations Analyst Salary: £42,000 to £56,800 Location: Cambridge, Hybrid Contract: Full time (35 hours per week), Permanent Join our operations team.
You'll influence decisions in our Core Technology department through analysis and forecasts, collaborating with senior stakeholders to impact budget management.

About the role This is a key position within the Operations function of Core Technology.
The role involves working closely with stakeholders at various levels to ensure accurate analysis, reporting, and forecasting of department budgets.
The role also includes developing the capability to analyse the resource mix across Core Technology, ensuring that resources are effectively allocated to meet the requirements of our team.
Additionally, the role offers the opportunity to collaborate with stakeholders to design and develop interactive dashboards and reports, ensuring that leaders are well-informed and engaged.
About you You will have a strong relationship with our values.
Someone who communicates clearly and builds strong relationships within and across teams and organisational structures, as we work towards providing an excellent service to our stakeholders.
You will excel at manipulating data to create clear, accessible outputs, and you'll have strong technical skills in Excel and Power BI.
Expertise in SAP or other EPM systems would be beneficial.
