About The Team:

The Operational Excellence Coordinator drives efficiency and quality by improving processes, practices, and skills to meet business objectives and customer expectations, fostering change through people and processes to advance the business.

What You Will Be Doing:
? Lead by example to drive continuous improvement, manage yellow belt projects, and share best practices
? Oversee operational excellence projects, mitigate risks, and ensure smooth operations
? Implement and integrate new processes, technologies, and standards in line with best practices
? Document and report improvements, sharing insights across the organization
? Ensure compliance with Food Safety and Health & Safety standards and address concerns
? Lead ad hoc projects and champion employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives

Who You Are:
? GCSE Maths grade B or equivalent, with strong numerical and problem-solving skills
? Proven experience in supporting projects, with proficiency in GSheetsExcel
? Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and a preference for a STEM degree
? Relevant work experience, project management, and manufacturing knowledge are advantageous

Working Schedule: Mon - Fri 8am-5pm
