An international financial services company located in Central London are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic OpenLink Software Engineering Team Lead to be part of their team on a permanent basis. Key Responsibilities Apply Openlink Endur expertise to provide guidance on projects, ensuring smooth integration with other trading systems. Participate in hands-on software development, including pair programming and troubleshooting. Oversee the integration and support of systems connected to Openlink Endur including message buses, workflow orchestrators, and third-party integrations. Collaborate with developers, traders, back-office teams, and global management to optimise system performance and ensure user satisfaction. Take ownership of projects and ensuring timely project delivery. Contribute new ideas to system and architecture design discussions. Skills and Experience Strong and hands-on experience with Openlink Endur Proficiency in writing Endur software using OpenJVS or OpenComponents. Experience developing non-Endur software applications in production environments. Expertise in integrating additional systems with Openlink Endur and providing ongoing support. Familiarity with systems architecture and design principles particularly in distributed systems. Strong experience leading a team of 5+ engineers in a technical environment with focus on mentoring, team development, and management. Proven ability to own projects, define requirements, and lead both development and support initiatives.
