The role is days based but will involve some flexibility to deliver business needs occasionally required across other shifts.

Electrical Engineering Expertise : NVQ Level 3 qualification or equivalent and time-served experience in an electrical trade, with a strong understanding of GMP and Food Safety in manufacturing.
Training & Facilitation Skills : Proven ability to deliver and facilitate training, assess needs, create training materials, and effectively coach and improve team skills.
Training Program Design : Competency in designing training programs that continuously build capability, with high proficiency in relevant software (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint).
Solid knowledge of Health & Safety requirements and current GMP within manufacturing/engineering operations.
