Omnichannel Strategist

Job Description We are seeking an experienced Omnichannel Strategist to join our team in the pharmaceutical industry.
This is a 12-month contract position, with a hybrid work arrangement (3 days office, 2 days remote).
Compensation The hourly rate for this role is between £29.00- £39.00 , paid on a PAYE basis.
Please note that this position falls under IR35 guidelines.
Role Overview The Omnichannel Strategist plays a critical role in driving exceptional customer experiences across our key therapy areas.
As a member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the orchestration of omnichannel initiatives in a dedicated therapy area or geography.
Your primary goal will be to transform our business and operations towards improved outcomes for HCPs and their patients.
Key Responsibilities Develop and execute omnichannel strategy campaigns.
Owning digital channels and developing effective cross-functional partnerships.
Making data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.
Campaign measurement and optimization.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business results.
Your Background To succeed in this role, you will need: A degree in a relevant field or equivalent working experience.
Previous experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
A proven track record in developing and implementing digital/Omnichannel strategies and campaigns.
