Job summary This role is primarily focused on allocating children and vulnerable adults to contracted coaches, minibuses, and taxis, and procuring these forms of transport where they don't exist or if contracts have ended.
The team also offer direct travel payments to parents or season tickets on the public bus service.
There is a strong customer focus to the role, dealing with contractors, schools, social care establishment and most importantly the passengers and families involved , many of whom are vulnerable.
