Job Title: Office Supervisor Location: Randalstown, Northern Ireland Contract: Permanent, 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:00.

About the Role We're looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Office Supervisor to join our AB Agri team in Randalstown.
In this role, you'll oversee the smooth running of our office operations, support customer service, and work closely with suppliers and hauliers.
With a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency, you'll ensure that all administrative processes are completed to high standards, supporting our fast-growing business in the dairy and agricultural sector.
Some Key Responsibilities Will Include: Managing day-to-day office operations and supervising a small team Handling customer and supplier communications, processing orders, and managing invoices.
Coordinating with hauliers and managing customs compliance to maintain smooth supply chain operations.
Supporting site management during audits and ensuring all necessary documentation is in order.

Experience working with Dynamics 365 and other management systems is required.
Previous experience in a customer service role is essential.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is necessary, with strong working knowledge in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Experience with imports and exports processes is required.
Ability to develop and adhere to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Strong problem-solving skills and root-cause analysis abilities.
A customer service-driven approach is essential.
Confidence in handling ambiguity is necessary.
