As our Office Manager, you'll play an important role in overseeing the general day-to-day running of the office, ensuring it is an organised and productive place to work.
We're looking for a highly organised and proactive individual who can join the operations team to help keep the company running smoothly. You'll be the go-to person for maintaining a well-organized, welcoming office space, ensuring everything from supplies to schedules runs smoothly.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys a mix of administrative, operational, and team support tasks.
Responsibilities Supporting the operations manager to arrange team days and social activities. Supporting with writing policies and company documentation. Covering some additional tasks whilst the Operations Manager is on maternity leave. Completing general admin tasks for the wider team. Booking transport and accommodation. Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, including maintaining office equipment and supplies. Ensuring the office is a productive work environment by ensuring it is kept organised and tidy. Acting as a key holder for the office.
Opening and closing the office on 2 days per week. Supporting with recruitment and new team member onboarding. Communicating with the office building management team. Uploading jobs to our external job board. Requirements Qualifications, Skills, and Abilities Required Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized, attention to detail.
Open to working in a fast-paced environment.
Strong general computer literacy and ability to quickly learn new software and tools.
