Job Title: Office Administrator Location: Cheshire (Hybrid) Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience Start Date: ASAP Sector: Oil & Gas, Chemical, and Petrochemical About the Role: A reputable company in the Oil & Gas, Chemical, and Petrochemical sector is seeking an organized Office Administrator to support their team based in Cheshire.
This hybrid role offers the chance to work both in-office and remotely while handling essential administrative tasks.
The successful candidate will support documentation management, formatting, and general office organization, with opportunities for professional development.
Key Responsibilities: Organize files, folders, and documentation to maintain efficient records.
Format documents in MS Word, including adding headers, footers, and ensuring consistency.
Provide basic Excel support, such as data entry and organization (additional training provided if needed).
Assist with documentation support; experience in document control is beneficial but not required.
Requirements: Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and basic Excel skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and take initiative where needed.
Experience in an engineering consultancy is desirable but not essential.
