Office Administrator

Complete all administration duties accurately and professionally, in line with the agreed format and timescales.
40 hours - office based · Hold responsibility for all areas of administering an efficient planned delivery service for the area.
· Process all web, telephone orders and email enquires correctly and promptly in line with company policies/standards · Liaise with Line Manager providing documentation and back office support for 'key accounts' · Any other duty as required by the depot, which would include, after reasonable training, holiday/ sickness relief for Depot Supervisor.
· Create and run reports as and when required · Where gaps in knowledge exist / are identified, seek out sources of information that will bridge this.
· Lead by example, ensuring customer needs are identified · Ensure that the customer requirements are met in a courteous, professional manner at all times · Log and provide an effective response and resolution to customer enquiries and requests for information; these may include - but are not limited to - the following: - product availability, delivery date and time availability, order and delivery status, product and technical information.
Strong negotiation skills · Confidence in own ability · High degree of self-motivation · Resilient, persistent and tenacious · Can handle objection well · Good organisation skills and ability to prioritise · Good listening skills · Good Maths and English a requirement.
· Understanding of IT systems such as Word, Excel etc would be advantageous.
