The role: You will be directly assisting one of our Managing Directors with the sales processes and providing support to our Office Manager.
This position is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting the sales department in their day-to-day activities.
Support the Office Manager in handling telephone enquiries First point of contact responding to enquiries via email and the website Contact prospective customer to qualify suitable leads Coordinate and schedule sales appointments for Sales Managing Director in an effective manner Assist the Office Manager to draft, distribute, verify and file contracts Answer sales queries, providing clarification about services and products Work with the Sales Managing Director to amend quotes and to create accurate project briefs Co-ordinate site facilities for new projects Create new records with our Client Relationship Management system Maintain organised and well documented electronic records You will have: Minimum 3 years' experience in administration GCSEs in English & Maths, grade B or above Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word Good telephone manner Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of accuracy Strong written & verbal communication skills Proactive with excellent organisation and priotisation skills Competent & reliable Confident in dealing with people from all backgrounds CRM knowledge preferred Own space/desk to work from home What you can expect from us: Location: Hybrid role - 3 days in our NW6 office and 2 days at home, based on requirements.
Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 per annum Holiday: 25 days annual leave (5 held for Christmas closure) plus all national bank holidays Benefits: Laptop Interviews to be held on a rolling basis.
