This well-established Scottish law firm is currently recruiting a Newly Qualified Solicitor to join its growing Private Client team based in Fife.
The team offers advice to clients to assist in future planning and managing significant life events.This is a varied and interesting role where you will advise on a wide range of private client matters, including:Succession Planning & Asset ProtectionInheritance Tax PlanningThe creation and administration of Charitable and Private TrustsPowers of Attorney, Wills & Executries.To be considered for this role, you should be a newly qualified lawyer and ideally have completed a private client seat during your traineeship and/or possess some post-qualifying private client experience.
