We are now seeking a values-led Non Executive Director to add to the skills and experiences of our diverse Board and our dedicated Council of Governors.
We require someone who is comfortable engaging with staff and service users and supporting our role as a shaper of successful integrated care - working with partners across Derbyshire and the wider East Midlands to improve the lives of our population.

Main duties of the job Sharing our focus on cultural development, you will be an authentic collaborator and communicator who will quickly build credibility and create high aspiration in our dedicated staff, Governors, partners, service users, carers and the diverse populations we serve.
Promoting the highest standards of integrity and corporate governance you will offer informed and independent challenge, as well as a high degree of support to our Board.
Your proactive and progressive approach will enable us to work across organisational boundaries and continue to raise the profile of our services, services users and carers on a local, regional and national platform.
