Non-Domestic Energy Assessor Ref:BM468 This is a great opportunity to join a specialist sustainability consultancy who provide a range of technical energy services to the commercial sector.
They are on the lookout for an established Non-Domestic Energy Assessor to join a team of dynamic and experienced energy assessors in their new Swansea offices.
Role responsibilities for a Non-Domestic Energy Assessor include: Carrying out non-domestic EPC's using IES-VE software Being involved with energy surveying of buildings Working alongside clients and residents of the buildings for surveys Identifying and providing solutions that will improve energy efficiency Carry out site visits to produce site reports as well as energy statementsThe ideal Non-Domestic Energy Assessor will have: A level 4 NDEA qualification through a credible accreditation scheme Proficient with IES-VE software Demonstratable experience delivering EPCs for commercial projects Full UK drivers license as will be expected to travel to carry out site visits Excellent organisational and communication skillsBenefits of the role: Competitive salary Hybrid working Career progression Generous holiday allowance Pension schemeIf This role interests you or if you are interested in searching for other roles relating to sustainability please feel free to contact Ben Moore on (phone number removed) or email (url removed).
