Job Description NHS Administration Assistant Location: Oaks Hospital, Colchester Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Full-time Salary: Depending on experience + Benefits Summary: Oaks Hospital is one of Essex's leading private hospitals with an excellent reputation for delivering high quality private hospital treatments and services.
Located on the outskirts of Colchester, the hospital opened on this site in 1994 and currently has 57 bedrooms including three twin-bedded rooms all with en-suite facilities to ensure complete privacy throughout your stay.
The role: We are looking for an experienced NHS Administrative Assistant to join our team at Oaks Hospital, based in Colchester.
This is an extremely busy role liaising with patients, consultants and all hospital departments.
We need an individual with a professional approach, excellent verbal communication skills, initiative and the ability to work within a team.
You must be computer literate – experience with Word and Outlook being essential.
Previous use of an Electronic Patient Record system would be an advantage.
