What is it like being an 'FD+1' at Rodericks Dental Partners?
We have a bespoke programme for Newly Qualified dentists at Rodericks Dental Partners called our 'FD+1 Scheme'.
This scheme is a year-long programme of hands on study days, interactive CPD and 7 days a week clinical and mentor support.
We arrange hands on-study days with experienced speakers in restorative dentistry, endodontics, clinical photography, composite bonding and oral surgery to allow you to refine your skills and apply them to practice.
You will have support from a dedicated Clinical Support Lead who will hold regular group Zoom Meetings and Drop in sessions so you can discuss clinical cases and answer any queries.
You will have the opportunity to network with other FD+1's and our wider clinical team and ability to attend various events for additional CPD.
We also offer various discounts to courses within this scheme.
How much does it cost to join the FD+1 Scheme?
Nothing at all!
All the hands-on days, remote sessions and support is completely free for you to use as needed.
