Role Overview: Omnimed Limited is seeking a confident and professional Telesales Executive to join our National Sales Team in Itchen Abbas.

As a National Telesales Executive, you will be at the forefront of our client's sales efforts, engaging with potential customers, and driving business growth.
You will need to be a great communicator, skilled in lead generation, and adept at converting leads into valuable relationships.
This office based role could be full or part time.
Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential leads, using various techniques to generate interest and create new business opportunities.
Effective Communication: Effectively communicate with prospects to convert leads into sales, demonstrating the value of our products and services.
Relationship Nurturing: Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
Professional Representation: Uphold the company's values and represent the business in a professional manner during all client interactions.
Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics, contributing to overall business success.
Requirements and Skills: 2-3 years of telesales or similar sales experience.
Exceptional verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with new people.
Proven skills in generating leads and converting them into sales.
Driven and determined with a strong ability to handle objections and overcome challenges.
Tenacious but with a calm and personable sales approach.
Prior experience within the NHS or healthcare industry is preferred.
Familiarity with Shopify and Sage 50 is preferred.
Must possess a full UK driving licence and have access to your own car.
Reporting Structure: This position reports directly to the Managing Director.
