Location: Remote and field-basedReporting to: Managing DirectorDirect Reports: Account Managers based nationallySalary: £75,000 - £85,000 (based on experience) + £10,000 OTE Ready to lead and win in B2B Sales?
We're looking for an exceptional National Senior Sales Manager - Lettings to take charge of our Lettings team.
If you thrive on challenge, have a proven track record of managing high-performing teams in a B2B sales environment, and excel at coaching, consultative selling, and solution-driven approaches, this role is made for you.You'll need to bring a growth mindset and the ability to drive business growth while empowering your team to achieve their full potential.

Your mission?
To ensure every letting agent maximises the value of Lead to Keys and Rightmove's platform, driving success for both our partners and our business.
What you'll be doingInspire and Lead a High-Performing Team Set a clear vision and create a supportive, high-energy environment for your team to deliver on account plans and exceed targets.Lead by example, demonstrating the values and behaviours needed for success.
Drive Results Through Coaching and Development Conduct impactful coaching sessions, 1-2-1s, and performance reviews to enhance individual and team capabilities.Help your team develop actionable plans to achieve ambitious objectives while adding value for customers.Identify learning opportunities and implement strategies to help your team grow and succeed.
Own the Market and Build Relationships Be the face of Rightmove's Lettings proposition, forging strong relationships with key customers and industry influencers.Champion Lead to Keys internally, ensuring its value is integrated into broader business pitches.
Navigate Challenges with Confidence Approach objections and challenges with the mindset, "This is my opportunity to make a difference."Adapt quickly to change and guide your team through transitions with optimism and purpose.
Deliver Strategic Impact Plan for resource needs, recruitment, and succession to ensure a robust, high-performing team.Align team performance with business development and account management goals to create long-term value.
