We are seeking a dynamic National Account Manager to join our successful team and drive our sales strategy across the UK.
Position Overview: As the National Account Manager, you will be instrumental in managing and expanding our relationships with key retail partners.
Your role will involve developing and executing strategic account plans to maximize sales and profitability, ensuring products achieve maximum visibility and market penetration.
Key Responsibilities: Account Management: Experience of managing accounts such as Currys, Argos, John Lewis, and Major DIY retailers.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
Negotiation: Negotiate terms and agreements with retail partners, focusing on pricing, promotions, and distribution.
Performance Analysis: Monitor account performance, analyze sales data, and provide actionable insights to optimize sales and profitability.
Product Launches: Coordinate and manage new product launches, ensuring successful implementation and maximum impact.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and product development teams to align strategies and achieve business goals.
Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management.
Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in national account management, preferably within the consumer electronics or audio industry.
Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in managing and growing key national accounts, with a strong understanding of retail dynamics.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans, with a focus on achieving measurable results.
Communication Skills: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing sales data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
Team Player: Collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively across teams and functions.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
