Role overview Working within our On Trade RTM team you will be responsible for regional Foodservice wholesalers with a focus on our premium soft drink and mixer range – Franklin & Sons.
With an even split of business development and account management you will be expected to drive ROS within your existing accounts and increase distribution within several key prospect targets.
The NAE Foodservice role is a new role within the RTM team and presents the successful candidate with the opportunity to step into a key growth area for Global Brands.
Key responsibilities : Direct responsibility for regional Foodservice accounts including P&L responsibility.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key Foodservice accounts to drive sales and ensure long-term partnerships.
Implement and execute the sales strategy for the Foodservice channel, aligning with the company's overall objectives.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Foodservice sector, including expanding distribution and increasing product listings.
Lead negotiations with key accounts to secure favourable terms and conditions, including pricing, promotions, and placement.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activity, and opportunities for growth within the Foodservice sector.
Achieve or exceed sales targets for assigned accounts and territory, regularly reporting on performance and adjusting strategies as needed.
Provide exceptional customer service to key accounts, resolving any issues promptly and effectively.
Work closely with the marketing, supply chain, and other internal teams to ensure alignment and support for key account initiatives.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and account activity, providing insights and recommendations to the On Trade Controller.
The Person: Commercial account management experience within Foodservice On-trade drinks industry experience advantageous PC literacy including PowerPoint, Excel Experience of Salesforce would be advantageous Strong negotiation, organisation and influencing skills Self-motivated, desire to deliver results, energise others Unwavering ownership of all targets Natural ability to continually demonstrate you have built a strong network within internal and external customers.
