Location of the Job: Birmingham Salary & Benefits Package: £40-45K depending upon relevant experience Company pension Discounted or free food On-site parking Sick pay Regular social events Additional Information: This is a permanent, full-time position.
Shifts - 4 on 4 off, days and nights available Overtime available.

Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer - The Job Role Details: You will maintain and troubleshoot food processing machinery, including conveyors and packaging equipment.
The role involves both mechanical and electrical repairs, performing planned modifications, and working with the team to minimise downtime in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer - Key Responsibilities: You will Maintain and troubleshoot food processing machinery to ensure smooth operations.
Perform repairs and modifications to equipment as needed.
Assemble and fit mechanical components during both reactive and preventative maintenance.
Work closely with the team to reduce downtime and maintain productivity.
Conduct electrical fault-finding and root cause analysis to address recurring issues.
Collaborate with the Maintenance Manager and Site Engineering Manager to identify and resolve potential problems.
Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer - Ideal Person Skills & Qualifications: You will have / be Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with food processing experience being a bonus.
Familiarity with conveyors and packaging machinery Strong skills in electrical and mechanical fault-finding and repair.
Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer - Essential Skills: A recognised Engineering qualification such as NVQ Level 3, BTEC, HNC/HND, or a Time-Served Apprenticeship.
Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
