Basic Salary up to £40,000 (DOE) OTE £80k-£100k+ Pre-qualified leads booked in to your diary Competitive uncapped commission structure scaling up to 30% FULLY REMOTE Full training and support to get you up to speed quickly Key responsibilities for this Mortgage Advisor role Build and maintain a strong relationship with customers, adhering to the excellent customer services expectations Provide expert mortgage advice to clients looking to purchase and/or remortgage properties Motivated to attract new clients and business yourself Provide exceptional client care and guide them through the application process, ensuring a stress free experience Stay up to date with the mortgage market and latest trends Skills and experience for this Mortgage Advisor role Proven track record of generating high levels of mortgage business; achieving and exceeding targets, ensuring clients are adequately protected CeMAP or equivalent qualification Proficiency in modern technology to enhance client service delivery and satisfaction Minimum 24-months experience as a Mortgage Advisor, preferably within Specialist Lending Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team How to Apply: Contact Details: If you are interested in this role as a Specialist Mortgage Advisor please send your CV to ****** or call me on 07389 834542.
