Key Responsibilities End-to-End Application Management: Process mortgage applications with precision, from initial submission to completion.
Coordination: Liaise with lenders, solicitors, estate agents, and clients to ensure a smooth and efficient mortgage process.
Documentation Review: Verify client documentation for accuracy and completeness.
Application Submission: Submit applications and upload necessary documents to lender portals.
Progress Monitoring: Keep track of application progress and provide regular updates to clients.
Client Support: Handle client queries via phone and email, delivering outstanding customer service.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
Office Administration: Assist with various office administration tasks as needed.
