As a Model Maker in our elite F1 team, you won't just be building models—you'll be crafting the future of high-speed performance.

Purpose of the Role: Step into the adrenaline-fueled world of Formula One, where every detail matters, and every second counts.
You'll be at the forefront of our wind tunnel model development, ensuring that every component is not only perfect but race-ready.
Your craftsmanship will directly influence the performance of our F1 cars on the track.
You will be responsible for assembling and maintaining scale models that will be tested in our state-of-the-art wind tunnel, helping to shape the aerodynamics that define our race-winning edge.
Working closely with our team of Aerodynamicists, you'll see your handiwork in action, performing live changes to models during critical testing phases.
Key Responsibilities: * Innovate and Create: Use cutting-edge technology to produce all necessary parts for aero testing, and build wind tunnel models that push the boundaries of performance.
* Collaborate: Work hand-in-hand with the Model Shop, Designers, and Aerodynamicists to constantly evolve our scale models and the processes behind them.
* Quality and Precision: Maintain the highest standards in all aspects of model making, from construction to testing, ensuring every part is race-ready.
* Evolve: Suggest and implement new techniques and systems to continuously improve quality and efficiency within the Model Shop.
* Team Spirit: Foster strong communication within the department, sharing insights and ideas that propel us forward.

What You'll Need: * Experience: A strong background in automotive or engineering, ideally within the fast-paced world of F1.

* Technical Skills: Expertise with digital measurement, CAD assemblies, and model mechanical systems.
Familiarity with Leica, Creaform, and pressure tap management is a plus.
* Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to technical challenges, always thinking ahead and driving improvements.
* Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills to ensure seamless teamwork.
* Pressure Handling: The ability to deliver top-tier work under the tightest of deadlines.
