Working Hours Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm Reporting Into Engineering Manager Tecrec are currently searching for an experienced Contract Supervisor to manage a team of engineers throughout a portfolio of commercial building across Wokingham, Camberley, Reading, Croydon, Wimbledon, Slough, Parliament square, Richmond, Shoreham & Newbury to work for an engineering firm that are experts in facilities management, they install, maintain and maximise technical systems within the built environment.

As a Mobile Contract Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing both planned and reactive maintenance on a mobile basis throughout Southeast, please see a full list of locations below.
Locations - Wokingham, Camberley, Reading, Croydon, Wimbledon, Slough, Parliament square, Richmond, Shoreham & Newbury.
Managing compliance and logbooks.
You will be managing a team of mobile engineers that work across a mixed commercial portfolio.
Responsible for ensuring effective diagnostic of breakdowns and timely repair of equipment.
Record and document all work carried out and raise appropriate documentation as quotes as required.
The ideal candidate must have good all round building services knowledge.

The ideal candidate will have experience as well as qualifications in Electrical Installations which will consist of the following; NVQ Level 2 & 3 in Electrical Installations Parts 1 & 2 in Electrical Installations 18th edition 2391 Inspection & Testing Desired Well presented, strong communications skills & client facing.
