THE COMPANY   My clients are an M&E Maintenance company based in Cambridgeshire and have been operating for over 30 years.
They deliver M&E building services maintenance to the corporate, healthcare, education, retail, transport and manufacturing sectors throughout the entire UK.
Mobile Building Services Role   Monday – Friday  / 8am – 5pm / 40 hour weeks   You will be working on a mobile basis carrying out Maintenance & Breakdown works to M&E Kit across their portfolio of clients across Cambridgeshire, Buckinghamshire, Northampton & Peterborough.
Electrical: Emergency light test, Fire alarm Testing Lighting, Ballasts, UPS, BMS 1st and 2nd fix on lighting   Mechanical: Service and repair of mechanical equipment (AHU'S, FCUs, Basic Plumbing, Water temp checks, heating systems) Pumps & Motors     Salary & Package Up to £40k Travel after 30 mins each way Additional bonus schemes (3) Overtime – Sat - x1.5,Sun -  x2 23 Days Holiday & Bank Pension Private Health Care (after probation) Van & Fuel Card 1 in 7 Call Out - £50 Standby - Minimum Callout fee - £100 for up to 4 hours, time & a half thereafter.
