Job Title: Account Manager - French or Italian Speaker Location: Shoreditch or Reading (Hybrid – 3 day per week onsite) Duration: 12 months contract initially Pay-rate: £55k-£62k per annum + paid holidays + pension or £280-£320 per day Inside IR35 The Opportunity: Client's Mid-Market team is looking for a hardworking, proactive Account Manager to ensure that the needs of our Mid-Market clients are being supported.
The Account Manager is responsible for the end-to-end management of client's existing client relationships.
Measures of success include revenue delivered vs. targets, up-sell, cross-sell and optimization effectiveness, client satisfaction and retention levels, and contribution to overall sales team and business unit.
We are looking for an account manager in London (French and Italian speaking).
What you'll Do: Develop and close business across a set of target accounts by selling our Digital Media products Growing a set of named accounts.
Presenting and consulting on different contract models and guide our clients through the migration process.
Follow established sales processes and procedures, including creating and maintaining quarterly sales forecasts and ensuring excellent Salesforce hygiene.
Generate revenue by implementing effective sales strategies.
Converting customer challenges into new opportunities.
Collaborate with our partner ecosystem, utilizing an indirect/partner sales approach.
What you need to succeed: A proven track record of selling software, with a preference for experience in creative products, document products or SaaS.
Experience achieving a sales quota of at least (USD) 0.5m annually and comfortable with leading (USD)50k+ renewals.
Experience in growing a set of named accounts Experience with selling through channel partners.
Experience in a similar /related function (e.g.
Inside Sales, Account Management , Renewals) Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Salesforce or other CRM systems.
Exceptional organisational, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with sales methodologies such as Value Selling or MEDDICC.
Fluency in French/Italian and English is essential.
