Role: CRM Dynamics Designer Location: Stratford-upon-avon Type: Permanent Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and technical teams to design and configure Dynamics 365 solutions that align with business needs and processes.
Customize and configure Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing, etc.
), including workflows, forms, views, and dashboards.
Design and implement data models, workflows, and integrations with third-party systems (e.g., ERP, marketing tools, etc.)
using Power Automate, Power Apps, and custom plugins.
Focus on user-centered design to ensure that Dynamics 365 solutions are intuitive, user-friendly, and optimize the overall user experience.
Create detailed design documentation, including solution architecture, data models, and technical specifications.
Provide training to end-users and technical teams on new features and functionalities in Dynamics 365.
Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting as needed.
Engage with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet the business requirements and follow best practices.
Ensure that customizations are designed with scalability, maintainability, and performance in mind.
Continuously evaluate and optimize existing CRM solutions to improve performance, user experience, and adoption.
Skills & Qualifications: Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
Experience : Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, including customization, configuration, and solution design.
Experience with the full Dynamics 365 suite (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing, etc.)
is preferred.
Solid understanding of CRM workflows, business process flows, custom entities, and security models.
Technical Skills : Proficiency in Dynamics 365 configuration and customization tools (e.g., PowerApps, Power Automate, and Dynamics 365 customization).
Experience with SQL Server, data migration tools, and integration techniques (e.g., APIs, REST, SOAP).
Familiarity with JavaScript, C#, and .NET for custom development and plugin creation.
Experience with Azure DevOps or similar version control and CI/CD tools.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve complex issues.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals or other related certifications is a plus.
