Main duties of the job The successful candidate will: Support the Team Leader in the development and implementation of a multi-professional Mental Health Urgent Care CentreProvide a high-quality service to meet the needs of people in a Crisis phase of mental illness, and their carersEnsure the efficient and effective running of the teamProvide Leadership and supervision within the multi-disciplinary staff groupSupport the Team Leader in the development and implementation of a multi-professional Mental Health Urgent Care Centre providing a high-quality service to meet the needs of people in a Crisis phase of mental illness, and their carersUndertake urgent assessments of people with mental health problems in acute crisis in the Mental Health Urgent Care Centre.
The service will be available 24 hours a day, days a yearBe responsible for helping to establish and maintain team systems and processes for effective team working and processes, including outcome measures and audits under the direction of the Team Management.
