You do now!We are looking to recruit a Registered Mental Health Nurse to support the delivery of essential Mental Health support, assessment and treatment throughout our Residential and Nursing Homes in the city.

Main duties of the job To meet the needs of patients and their families to achieve improved health outcomes and promote health and wellbeing while demonstrating care, compassion, competence, communication, courage, and commitment.
Care is based on comprehensive assessment, ensures continuity and is patient/client centred, culturally sensitive and evidence-based and which promotes independence.Provide Mental Health support to the MDT, supporting staff to have a greater understanding of patient needs.Supervise junior members of staff, students on placements.To develop and maintain a culture of service improvement which promotes quality and safety and striving to do better.This is in line with the requirements set out in the NMC code which require all registered nurses to:Prioritise peoplePractice effectivelyPreserve safetyPromote professionalism and trust.

Person Specification Qualifications Essential BSc Nursing RMN currently registered with NMC.
Desirable Post registration, specialist training relevant to speciality.
Teaching Qualification, ENB 998 or equivalent.
