Job Description: Aesthetic Receptionist Location: Chelsea, Knightsbridge, and Marylebone clinics in London Hours: Up to 18 hours per week Rate of Pay: £15-£17 per hour Additional Income Opportunity: Potential to earn additional income as a virtual receptionist on days not worked Potential Full-Time Role: For the right candidate, the position could become a full-time role Schedule of Work: Monday AM: Chelsea Clinic Monday PM: (per agreed) Knightsbridge clinic Wednesday AM and Friday AM: Marylebone clinic Maximum of 6-hour shifts Must be experienced in Aesthetics and Pabau CRM systems to be considered for the role.
Responsibilities: Independent and interpersonal skills Proficient in marketing, social media, and Microsoft processes Answering calls and addressing patient enquiries via phone, email, and social media Greeting and assisting patients in the clinic Booking appointments and managing patient expectations Adhering to escalation policies to senior staff Contributing ideas to enhance the brand's presence in surgical and non-surgical aesthetic treatments Requirements: Immediate availability for the right candidate Highly organised and ambitious Willingness to work independently Experience in aesthetics and CRM system Pabau Familiarity with marketing, social media, and CRM systems Strong communication and customer service skills This position offers the opportunity to work with a top UK surgeon in four clinical settings and requires a candidate who is proactive, independent, and eager to contribute to the growth and success of the brand.
