A Mayfair based clinic that prides itself on providing a discrete service to high net worth and A-list clients is seeking a highly motivated and driven Aesthetic Therapist who wishes to enhance their reputation and kudos in the aesthetics industry.
The Aesthetic Therapist will utilise the latest technology to combine advanced non-surgical treatments for the face and body, delivering natural, long-lasting results.
This role demands meticulous attention to detail, high energy output, and a proactive approach to client service and care.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.30pm.
Key Responsibilities Conduct consultations, assess patient needs and develop personalised treatment plans.
Perform a range of advanced skin and body treatments using the latest technology to achieve positive patient outcomes.
Collaborate with the doctor to continually monitor, assess and adjust treatment plans as required.
Establish strong client relationships and create a welcoming and professional atmosphere that promotes customer loyalty.
Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
Continuously seek opportunities to enhance and improve clinic operations.
Drive sales, contribute ideas for business growth, and create and post engaging social media content.
Maintain impeccable treatment rooms and front of house, adhering to the highest standards of cleanliness and organisation.
Candidate Requirements 5 to 10 years experience as an Aesthetic Therapist, ideally within a 5* establishment, working with high-profile clientele, delivering discreet and highly professional service.
NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy or above.
Deep knowledge of anti-ageing treatments, with a solid ability to combine skincare and device therapies for optimal results.
Exceptional communication skills, able to provide clear, professional advice to clients.
A genuine passion for the industry, stays informed on the latest aesthetic trends.
Skilled at building lasting client relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals.
Takes the initiative and works to ensure exceptionally high standards.
Package: £35,000 - £40,000 dependent on experience 10% commission on all treatments, with the potential to achieve a total annual income of £60,000 to £80,000.
