If this sounds like you, our client is hiring Account Executives to join their dynamic media team: Account Executive, Paid Media (Social & Programmatic) Account Executive, Paid Search The Role: At our client's agency, you'll: Contribute to Campaign Success: Support the day-to-day running of campaigns across social, programmatic, or search channels.
Optimize for Excellence: Conduct daily pacing adjustments and optimizations to ensure campaigns meet budget and performance KPIs.
Deliver Insightful Reporting: Provide accurate, actionable updates to clients and internal teams, including weekly performance insights and optimization summaries.
Drive Client Satisfaction: Build trusted relationships with internal and client teams through proactive communication and problem-solving.
Develop Strategies & Test New Approaches: Help create innovative optimization strategies and deploy testing methodologies under the guidance of senior team members.
Master Platforms & Tools: Become an expert user of relevant media technologies across social, programmatic, or paid search channels.
Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep up-to-date with cultural and social trends, customers' attitudes, and the latest platform developments.
Learn & Grow: Show curiosity and drive to expand your expertise in paid media channels, contributing to new product testing and implementation.
What You Bring to the Role: Experience: 12+ months (including internships) in media channels such as social, programmatic, or paid search—ideally within a media agency environment.
Skills That Shine: Knowledge of creating media plans, paid activation, optimization, and reporting.
A proactive, self-starter attitude with a knack for thriving in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.
Ability to deliver insightful, accurate reports and actionable recommendations.
Great communication and presentation skills, with a positive and collaborative mindset.
Tech-Savvy Expertise: Familiarity with paid search or social platforms, data analysis tools, and campaign management technologies.
