Mechanical Fitter My client based that is based in Renfrew, are looking for skilled bareshaft mechanical fitters to assemble screw compressors to engineering specification.
Testing screw compressors hydraulically and pneumatically to specification also.
The role is a permanent one to join their talented team.
The Role: Assemble Screw Compressors to specifications Test screw compressors hydraulically and pneumatically to specification Skills: Must have SQV/Modern Apprenticeship or City & Guilds Certificate in Mechanical Engineering/Fitting Experience of precision manufacturing and assembly of pumps, compressors and turbines.
Experience with rotating equipment including balancing of sub assembly components Previous experience of hydrostatic testing of assemblies
