A master s degree or other relevant postgraduate qualification will be considered a strong advantage.
Industry Experience : Previous work experience or placements in a related industry are highly desirable.
This could include internships parttime roles or any exposure to mechanical engineering environments.
Technical Skills : Familiarity with CAD or similar modelling software is advantageous reflecting your ability to work with the latest industry tools.
Any experience in digital modelling or design will set you apart.
Soft Skills : You should possess excellent communication analytical and organisational skills which are critical for working within multidisciplinary teams and delivering projects efficiently.
Your ability to communicate technical ideas clearly is essential.
Teamwork and Independence : The ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment while also being capable of working independently is key.
You should be comfortable with both depending on project demands.
